WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO AND HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY COST?
We currently only service the Melbourne Metropolitan area in Victoria, Australia. You are located in the Melbourne Metropolitan area if your postcode is in the range 3000 - 3210. Our delivery service charges apply to the following postcodes*:
This applies to everything on this website. 'Total Spend' includes all products purchased in a single transaction online excluding freight costs. Green Dolphin aims to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business day.

* 3000 - 3019, 3031, 3031, 3050 - 3057, 3065 - 3068, 3078, 3079, 3101 - 3114, 3121 - 3136, 3141 - 3156, 3161 - 3207.
Postcodes 3025 – 3030, 3033 – 3036, 3039 – 3045, 3070 – 3072, 3081, 3083 – 3086, 3115, 3116, 3137 – 3140, 3158 – 3160 will incur a delivery service charge of $40 AUD for Total Spend under $99 AUD and $20 for Total Spend over $99.
Postcodes in the Melbourne Metropolitan area that are not in the above lists will incur a delivery fee of $50 AUD for all orders.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Deliveries will be made within 2-3 business days of placing your order.
Note: Please allow extra time for delivery around public holidays, and delivery to remote areas. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business day of receiving it wherever possible. In order to qualify for our delivery service, the products that you ordered have to be in stock, payment must be received by us, accurate delivery details must be provided, the products must be purchased online and your delivery address must be within Australia
